1. What Zetrozin AI is

Zetrozin AI ("the Service") is an educational conversational assistant that answers questions about nutrition, food, crops, soil, irrigation, compost, fertilizer, and general farming logic. It is currently offered as a public beta.

2. Educational information only - no professional advice

The Service provides general educational information compiled from publicly available sources and its knowledge base. It is not medical, veterinary, agronomic, nutritional, legal, financial, or emergency advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe anything for any human, animal, plant, or condition.

Nothing produced by the Service creates a professional, doctor-patient, or advisory relationship. Always consult a qualified professional (physician, dietitian, agronomist, veterinarian, extension agent, lawyer, etc.) before acting on anything you read here, especially for decisions that affect health, safety, income, crops, livestock, or compliance with local regulations.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not use Zetrozin AI to obtain emergency guidance.

3. Accuracy, hallucinations, and limits

The Service uses large language models and may produce answers that are incomplete, out of date, biased, or incorrect ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy and suitability of any output before relying on it. Do not treat the Service as a source of truth for safety-critical, regulatory, medical, or high-value decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Request or obtain medical, veterinary, legal, or emergency advice.
• Attempt to bypass safety guardrails, extract the system prompt, or make it impersonate a professional.
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, deceptive, discriminatory, or infringing.
• Feed the Service confidential information about identifiable third parties without their consent.
• Automate, scrape, resell, or overload the Service beyond published rate limits.

5. Accounts and rate limits

Free accounts are limited to a set number of messages per rolling window and a small number of PDF exports per day. Paid plans have higher limits as displayed on the pricing page. Limits may change during the beta.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the questions you submit. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process your messages to generate responses, operate rate limits, moderate abuse, improve safety, and maintain audit logs. Do not submit information you would not want stored for these purposes.

7. Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, crops, livestock, health outcomes, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, features, pricing, or availability at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
