1. What we collect

• Account data: email, optional display name, hashed password (or Google OAuth identifier).
• Conversation data: the questions you send and the assistant's replies, so we can show your chat history and enforce safety and rate limits.
• Usage data: message counts, PDF export counts, plan, and timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, coarse request metadata, and audit logs used for abuse prevention and debugging.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store only the subscription status and identifiers - never card numbers.

2. How we use it

• To operate the Service, generate answers, and remember your chats.
• To enforce free/paid limits and detect abuse of guardrails.
• To personalise responses when you provide a display name.
• To improve accuracy, safety, and reliability.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with the processors that run the Service:

• Model provider (NVIDIA / OpenRouter) - receives the message text needed to generate a response.
• Cloud database and authentication provider (Supabase).
• Payments (Stripe).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Educational use, not diagnosis

Zetrozin AI provides educational information only and does not diagnose, treat, or provide professional medical, veterinary, legal, or emergency advice. Do not submit sensitive personal health information you would not want processed for these purposes.

5. Retention

Chat and audit data are retained for as long as your account is active or as required to enforce safety and our Terms. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your session, and run the beta gate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure - please choose a strong password and do not reuse passwords across services.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
